Macy’s has been a household name in the U.S. since our founding more than 160 years ago and well-known as a modern department store.
Macy's online marketplace is a curated platform where Macy’s customers can purchase products directly from 3P sellers.
In Macy’s marketplace, sellers need to integrate with Macy's through direct API, Mirakl Shopify Connector, or with a feed aggregator. Also, they manage assortment, inventory, imagery, and pricing within Macy’s Marketplace.
For payment, Macy’s sellers will receive the net of the end sale price minus Macy’s commission fee (8-15%, depending on category). They are paid every week and are supposed to pack and ship the item to the end customers.
Also, sellers need to handle customer service inquiries, including return requests.
