Currently, Best Buy's marketplace is currently only available in Canada. BestBuy closed its US online marketplace in 2016 after 4 ½ years of dismal sales. However, the US BestBuy site can accept vendors or suppliers to join the site via invitation-only.

How To Sell On BestBuy Canada Marketplace:
Here are all the requirements that you and your sellers need to meet to become a seller with BestBuy Canada’s Marketplace.
1. Require registered Business in US or in Canada.
2. Required to ship from within Canada or US.
3. Require to have a return address in Canada.
4. Require Canadian Bank account for Payments – please contact TransferWise or Worldfirst.
5. Each seller requires a Certificate of Insurance.
As mentioned, we do have monthly seller KPIs. They are as follows:
1. Accept an order within 1 business day and ship out within 2 business day following.
2. Track all orders with valid tracking numbers.
3. Answer customer inquiries (via the portal – so we can assist in any escalations) within 1 business day.
4. Keep up to date inventory within the system.
Commissions & Fees:
1. Commisison: 8-15% based on product category.
2. Platform Subscription fee: $29.99/month.
